Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts may not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Contact us
Contact us via our contact page or call (+39) 06 622 709 17 with your order number and reason for return.
Receive your RMA number
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide shipping instructions.
Ship the item back
Pack the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer packaging.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Warranty Claims
If a product fails within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no cost. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification.
Exchange Programme Returns
Items obtained through our exchange programme have separate return terms. The faulty unit you send back must match the part number agreed at the time of exchange. Core charges may apply if the faulty unit is not returned within the agreed timeframe.
