We supply new, refurbished, and surplus industrial automation parts. All products are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, accurate, or error-free.

Spares Industry is not an authorised distributor of the brands listed on this website. All manufacturer names, part numbers, symbols, and descriptions are used for reference purposes only.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within one working day. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with the original order number.

7. Returns

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Goods that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning any goods to obtain a returns authorisation number.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spares Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
